Dr. Jesse L. Thé, from Lakes Environmental, is a mechanical engineer with 15 years of experience in thermal fluid applications. Dr. Thé received his Doctoral degree in 1993 from the University of Waterloo, where he worked with computational fluid dynamics and the numerical prediction of environmental fluids. He is the president and founding partner of Lakes Environmental Software and has been a reviewer of the United States Environmental Protection Agency - APTI Courses. Dr. Thé is the main author of the commercial software packages: ISC-AERMOD View, CALPUFF View, Screen View, SLAB View, and CALRoads View, among others. |
