| LAKES ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF ADVANCED LAGRANGIAN AIR DISPERSION MODELING SYSTEM |
| AUSTAL View brings advanced modeling techniques to the desktop computer.
Developed by Lakes Environmental Software and ArguSoft, a company based
in Germany, AUSTAL View is a graphical, feature-rich modeling environment
which utilizes the AUSTAL model. This powerful particle-tracking based
Langrangian model contains its own prognostic meteorological model, and
is capable of modeling far greater distances than plume or puff based
models.

AIR POLLUTION EFFORTS |
| Climate researchers are warning that efforts to reduce air pollution
could, if not well designed, make global warming worse. Limiting emissions of man-made nitrogen oxides, a strategy to control ozone
