Percent View is a utility that generates the percentile concentrations for AERMOD and ISC results and computes rolling averages.

Features:
	Processes AERMOD and ISC POSTFILES and displays a series plot for each receptor location.
	Generates PLOTFILEs for the selected percentile (e.g., 99.8, 95th, etc.).
	PLOTFILEs of percentile concentrations generated by Percent View can be visualized using Lakes Environmental Software package, ISC-AERMOD View, or any other graphics package such as Surfer.
	Computes a 3, 8, or 24 rolling average based on 1-hour average concentrations.   Rolling averages are used in Europe and some USA states.

Installation Instructions:
1.	Download the self-extracting installation file to a temporary folder in your computer.
2.	Submit your Registration to obtain an activation code. Your activation code will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours.
3.	Install Percent View in your computer.
4.	Once you receive your activation code, start the Percent View. When prompted to register, click on Yes and the Registration dialog box is displayed.
5.	Enter the activation code (product registration key) you received by e-mail and press OK.
6.	You can now start using Percent View!
