with our software. All of our products go through a strict testing and QA/QC procedure
before their release. Should any problems arise we value your input and encourage you to
use the convenient reporting form below.
When you submit your problem report, it will be entered into our
database for tracking purposes. It is important that you include your contact information
should we need to consult with you regarding the reported problem. All reported problems
are immediately assessed by our support department, and further investigated by a member
of the appropriate development team. Minor releases containing new features and
resolutions to reported problems are made available in our Updates section.
