NEW REGULATORY
GUIDELINES FOR AERMOD |
The Ontario
Ministry of the Environment have posted Guidance for Air Dispersion
Modeling. Developed for the Ministry by Lakes Environmental, these
guidelines contain technical information
that is helpful to modellers in any jurisdiction. Topics include
screening and refined models, receptor selection, model inputs,
meteorological data considerations and others.

A new form of
paint that can absorb some of the noxious gases from vehicle
exhausts goes on sale across Europe next month. Its manufacturers
hope it will give architects and town planners a
new weapon in the fight against pollution, an article in New
