For example: If you are using Internet Explorer 8+, please proceed using the following steps:

1. On the Internet Explorer 8 Tools menu, click Internet Options.

Internet Options

2. Under the General Tab, Browsing History, Click Delete.  Check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.

Delete Browsing History

3. Click Delete

After you have completed the steps above, try downloading the installation file again.
